Ι) Call to Order- President Sean 7:05pm. ΙΙ) Guests None ΙΙΙ) ANNOUNCEMENTS: Good response from announcement of open Board positions ΙV) NEW BUSINESS: Soulard Station Administration: Vickie Morris is currently handling all event booking at Soulard Station. Motion to compensate Vickie with 1/3 of event fees received for use of Soulard Station. Motion by Billy Tomber passed unanimously Soulard Station Heating/Cooling-Motion by Billy Tomber to approve up to $2,700 for heating/cooling solutions at Soulard Station passed unanimously. Purchaes must be approved by SRG President. Soulard Station Loan-Motion by Sean Cochran to make a $5,000 payment to Denny Woods towards the balance of the Soulard Station loan passed unanimously Soulard Station Lighting- Motion passed unanimously to spend $1,500 on outdoor lighting at Soulard Station. Expenditures must be approved by President and Treasurer.
