Treasurer’s Report from October approved.
- ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Former Tip Top location will now be Good Luck Bar & Grill. Serving American food Tuesday-Sunday. Look for a May opening. Owner will live on second floor. **Officer Ed Harper: Crime is down in most categories. Up however in robberies, larcenies and shoplifting. Robbery with gun at 11 & Russell last night. Special tactical unit caught perps that night. Shooting outside Sonny’s: Two arrests made. $30,000 cash bond on shooter. American Legion: Members will be in parade on Saturday. Will host mouse races in January ** IV: NEW BUSINESS: None

- COMMITTEE REPORTSBeautification: Saturday 9a-12: Winterizing Pontiac Park Code & Zoning/Plan Review Team (PRT): Barbershop alley house: Owner wants demo, City says no. PRT opposes Croatian Church’s planned demo of schoolhouse. BP Station: Will demo current building and rebuild, use next door building for car wash. 7Th & Geyer: New Subway restaurant going in. Communications: Renaissance articles online at Soulard.org. Deadline for new issue next Friday. Fundraising: Made lots of money at Oktoberfest.
