Calypso opened in May 2023 and puts Caribbean brightness next to Cajun heat, all cooked from scratch. There are cocktails worth working through, DJs on weekends, and a covered patio that stays open year-round and welcomes dogs. One of the newer names in Soulard, and already a regular stop.
